Living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (multiple personality disorder).
Sometimes it takes time. :-(Is there something in your life you need to take care of -- your husband, a project at work, etc? Or a new trigger to avoid?Maybe it's just hormones changing (general physical stress). When I'm depersonalised, I've often broken through it by expressing emotions as/when they come up rather than trying to get the whole 'shebang' back. But most of the time sleep and/or bad headache pain is what causes the switch. Hope you have a good rest.
