We have a part that serves that purpose; she's now taken on the name Lynn. I also have DID and understand getting excited about more therapy. <br />Try not to worry about the co-counselor thing. That part of you is an expert on you. That information can help your therapist be aware of things that are more hidden or aloof from visibility. I have an inner therapist who pops in every now and again (like now lol j/k) and as time goes on helps me when crisis is looming.
